He advises Fortune C-Suite executives on strategic business services sourcing strategy ranging from insourcing, shared-services to outsourcing. He has successfully executed outsourcing of FP&A, ADM, HRO, SCM and infrastructure functions with Fortune Manufacturing and Retail organizations, including process transformation, across North America, Europe, China and India. Industry experiences span across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, international trade, public sector and hi-tech industries. One of his key areas of work, has been in developing benchmarking models for offshore markets and providers. Prior to his current role, he led TATA Consultancy Services in San Francisco Region.
